Become an Accredited Angel Investor
Why Accreditation Matters
As per SEBI’s revised Angel Fund regulations (10 Sept 2025), Angel Investor accreditation is now mandatory for investing via the AIF route.
Accreditation ensures investors meet eligibility norms, understand private market risks, and can continue investing in early-stage startups through a compliant framework.
