LITL Academy is building a universe of kits, personal mentors and online games that inspire kids (grade 1-7) to learn science and tech in a fun, exciting manner. Launched in Apr 2020, LITL Academy already did Rs 75 Lakhs in revenue with paying students from 25 countries and is currently at an ARR of 1.5 Cr. This approach, which LITL calls as Toys 3.0, is loved by students and LITL currently has 85% renewal rates and an NPS of 54. LITL Academy is started by second time EdTech team Pavan Ponnaganti and Vasant Vidyakar, who earlier built a similar experiential learning startup for UG students, Skyfi Labs. Skyfi Labs has more than 400,000 enrollments from 55 countries. Prior to that, Pavan graduated from IIT Kanpur and worked with JP Morgan and as an early team member at a Business Analytics Startup while Vasant spent more than 5 years in Skyfi Labs and played a key role in it.
