Talent Litmus, founded in 2016 by Satpreet Arora & Kiran Wadhwa, is India's premier gamification company focusing on applications in the Human Resources space. The games are contextualized to an organization's needs and fits into any hiring, learning or other HR initiatives. Talent Litmus is a platform for game-based assessments and learning. While assessing and developing behavioural skills is a priority for organisations today, they lack effective means to achieve it. Talent Litmus is marrying online games and data sciences to provide radically better solutions than what exist today to help organisations reduce bad hires and create an efficient workforce. They have created a game-based assessment which is more accurate, engaging, customisable and reliable compared to traditional assessment. In their first year of business (2018), they had a revenue of INR 28 lakh. Customers include Vodafone, Star, Aditya Birla Finance Ltd, Shapoorji Pallonji, Urban Ladder, Ashok Leyland. Several customers have already made repeat purchases.
