Inflecion Point Ventures-backed sports technology firm Hudle has raised the US $1 million (about Rs. 7.9 crores) in a fundraising round. According to a statement on July 6, the investment round included participation from current investors, Survam Partners and Indian Angel Network.
The funds generated would be put to use for marketing, new product development, bolstering the business and technical staff, and growth in both current and emerging geographies. Inflection Point Ventures-led Sports Tech Startup Hudle announced that it had raised $1 million as part of its continuing Series A financing.
A mobile app called Hudle was released in 2018 to help sports fanatics find and reserve sporting events.
Hudle is bridging the gap by enabling users to explore and book numerous sports venues, events, and pursue their favourite sport as a pastime or as a fitness activity, according to Vinay Bansal, Founder and CEO of Inflection Point Ventures (IPV).
“At IPV, we believe in supporting purpose-driven businesses that are committed to creating a sustainable enterprise and addressing a market gap.”
“We passionately believe in scaling up through collaboration and bringing all the stakeholders together and are happy to welcome IPV on board,” said Suhail Narain, founder and CEO of Hudle.
